Thank you for your interest in planning your vacation at my beach front condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida located on the Atlantic Ocean! This is a non-driving beach. 

There are six rooms; kitchen, master suite, guest bedroom, dining area/living room, and two baths. Click on any of the rooms for a detail description. There are miscellaneous items provided for your comfort. Vacation couldn't be any easier.

This first floor unit allows easy unloading, then walk out to spectacular ocean views by the seasonally heated pool and kiddy pool, just 30 feet from your patio. Walk another 150 feet to the beach. Perfect for sunning, running, biking, kite flying, shelling, surfing, volleyball, and building sand castles. There is no driving allowed on the beach.

The complex is beautifully landscaped and consists of only 78 units, all with ocean views. No streets to cross to get to the ocean. The unit is fully furnished with plenty closet and drawer space and will accommodate two to six people. All you need is your beach towel. This unit is privately owned. I've furnished and equipped the condo with high quality and many custom furnishings. I only accept mature, responsible renters who follow the NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies.

Your patio is an excellent place to enjoy spectacular sunrises and space shuttle launches. Take a jog or walk on the beach or swim in the oceanfront heated pool. Children will love the sand and surf while playing on the safe "non-driving" beach. Golfers don't forget to bring your clubs! There are many outstanding and affordable golf courses in the area.

There is a variety of restaurants, many of which have been rated the best in Central Florida. You will fall in love with this charming community that has the flavor of "old Florida" and offers something for all ages. You're only an hours drive from Orlando. Just 25 minutes to Daytona Beach.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, serving plates, pots, pans, silverware, mixer, blender, coffee maker and toaster. The appliances include an new electric stove and oven, microwave, new dishwasher and refrigerator. Towels and wash cloths are also provided.  Return to the top.

Dining Area/Living Room: The dining area has a ceiling fan centered over the  0dining table with six matched chairs. Three bar stools are available should you want a quick meal at the breakfast bar. Centered between two book shelves is a television set which of course has cable, DVD and a VCR is provided. The top book shelf proudly displays shells that were found on the nearby beach. A couch, recliner, swivel chair, side chair, coffee table and end tables in Floridian tones complete the living room. A sliding glass door opens to a covered patio that has a charcoal grill and lawn chairs and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the complex's manicured courtyard and two swimming pools. If you are anything like me, you'll spend hours on the patio or at a pool side table listing to the gentle rolling waves of the ocean.  Return to the top.

Master Suite: The master bedroom has a private bathroom facility. The king size bed is complimented by a dresser, chest, night stand, lamps and a lighted ceiling fan. The carpet is newly installed and the bedroom furniture is new. A cabled TV set is there for your bedtime viewing. The large windows provide an outstanding view of the courtyard and pools.   Return to the top.

Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom has a double bed and a trundle bed. A double dresser, night stand, two causal chairs and a lighted ceiling fan completes the room's furnishings. Return to the top.

Guest and Master Baths: The guest bath has a shower, tub, vanity and commode. The master bath is also a full bathroom with shower, vanity and commode. Both have medicine cabinets.  Both baths were completely remodeled.  Return to the top.

Miscellaneous items: Wireless DSL internet connection. All rooms except the kitchen and bathrooms have wall to wall carpeting. Bath towels, wash cloths, dish towels and wash rags are provided. I do not supply beach towels. A vacuum cleaner, dust buster, iron, laundry basket, brooms and mop are provided should the need arise for their use. All sheets, blankets, bed spreads, pillows and pillow cases are included. A community laundry is available.  Return to the top.
