One week is the minimum stay per condo regulations. Weekly runs from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be made if scheduling permits.

The above rates do not include the Florida 12.5 % sales and resort tax and a $85.00 departure cleaning fee.

A $300 deposit is required the confirm booking. This unit is a non-smoking condo. No pets are allowed. Be sure to check with the owner or rental agent about other association regulations that may affect your stay before booking this or any other condo.
