One week is the minimum stay per condo regulations. Weekly runs from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be made if scheduling permits.
Weekly rates start at $850 depending on season and Monthly rates start at $2,400.
The above rates do not include the Florida 12.5 % sales and resort tax and a $90.00 departure cleaning fee.
A $300 deposit is required the confirm booking. This unit is a non-smoking condo. No pets are allowed.
